My journey began when I was inspired by my three kids (3D) to introduce this product to you. We have produced hand made falafel as a family for many years and have recently sold Falafel at the Northfield Il, farmers market with the entire Daoud family. The demand has enticed me to bring falafel to your table. I hope you enjoy this product as much as we have enjoyed perfecting this recipe for you.
